Filled with plenty of crunch and flavour, Granny Smiths are best eaten fresh, crisp and cold, either as snacks or in salads. Good for cooking and eating, with a long storage life. Granny Smith harvest is from early April.

Granny Smiths are one of the most versatile apples you’ll find. If you like the sharp flavour, it’s a great eating apple, but is also brilliant in cooking as it holds its shape well and resists browning when sliced. It’s perfect for crumbles and pies.
