Braeburn
This uniquely New Zealand apple has a rich blend of flavours.
This mid-season large apple is one of the premier apples for fresh eating. Braeburn has an exceptionally crisp and juicy flesh, with a rich, full blend of sweet-tart flavour. Braeburn usually start harvest about mid-March.
Breaburn is New Zealand’s second largest volume variety and one of the world’s premium apple varieties. The Air Storage program finishes late May and CA fruit will be finished mid-June.
